We are all in Pandemic at this present time and trying to stay safe as possible so appointments are very limited due to social distancing and staying within guidelines of the City of Tamarac Officials.

Sickness or family emergency: A  one-time allowance of a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policies are in effect. You will be charged $25 if canceled the same day. 
 
There will NO EXCEPTIONS for cancellations


For All cancellations please text 954-588-2557  you can also cancel and reschedule your appointment online by logging in, if the system does not let you reschedule or cancel your appointment, you have acquired a cancellation fee. - Appointments made within the 24 hour period need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time (via text) or will result in a $25 Cancellation fee. If you have purchased any Package and have acquired a cancellation fee, your appointment  will be rendered  for the service amount
All Packages Expire 120 Days after the first session. and are Non-Refundable

We will be taking your temperature with a touch-less thermometer. Please know that if you have a fever or temperature higher than 100.1, we can not see you.
Once we have taken your temperature, Please note that you must be wearing a mask when entering the spa. After your appointment, you will be directed to the front desk to check out.  We hope to see you all soon!

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED AND YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO SOMEONE THAT IS NOT FEELING WELL, WE ASK YOU TO KINDLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY - THAT'S WHY WE WANT TO KEEP YOU UP TO DATE ON CHANGES TO THE WAY WE WORK, HOW WERE PRIORITIZING YOUR NEEDS AND THOSE OF OUR EMPLOYEES. 


THERE WILL BE A $5 DEPOSIT FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED. IF YOU HAVE ACQUIRED A NO-SHOW OR LESS THAN FOUR HOUR CANCELLATION YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL BE CHARGED A $25 NO-SHOW FEE.
YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU HAVE ACQUIRED A NO-SHOW.
